As of August 12, 2026, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) applies, introducing new requirements for cross-border shipping within the EU. Shipping to EU destinations other than Germany and Austria is therefore limited. We will reassess the situation in fall 2026, once the legal position has been clarified.

Delivery
All orders are shipped as insured parcels. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment or order placement. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 6 days.
