1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between GGs Natureceuticals Black Flamingo e.U., hereinafter referred to as "GGs Natureceuticals," and individuals (consumers) who wish to make a purchase from GGs Natureceuticals. The following conditions apply to all orders made in writing, by telephone, or via the internet and are acknowledged with each order. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.
2.2 By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or – if the goods are entrusted to you before the end of the period – also by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of these instructions in text form, but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilling our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any derived benefits (e.g., interests) are to be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received benefits and derived benefits (e.g., advantages of use) to us, or can only do so in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with appropriate compensation for value. You only have to provide compensation for the deterioration of the goods and for derived benefits if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of properties and functioning. "Examination of properties and functioning" refers to testing and trying out the goods, as is possible and common in a retail store. Goods that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular cost of the return if the goods delivered correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, at the time of the withdrawal, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment for goods of a higher price. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Goods that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline for you starts with the sending of your withdrawal declaration or the goods, for us with their receipt.

3a. Return Shipping Costs upon Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (see Withdrawal Instructions), you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros, or if at the time of the withdrawal, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment for goods of a higher price. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1 The prices stated by GGs Natureceuticals are in EURO and include the respective valid product-related value-added tax. Errors and short-term price changes are subject to change. The prices indicated on the Internet at the time of the order apply to the ordered items.
4.2 Any shipping costs that may be incurred are indicated on the order form. If shipping costs are not specified on the order form, shipping is free of charge.
5. Delivery
Delivery is exclusively as an insured parcel. Normally, the goods are dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment or after ordering. In peak times, it can take up to 6 days. Liability for delivery delays is excluded. Partial deliveries, as far as reasonable for the customer, are permissible. Any additional shipping costs incurred for partial deliveries are borne by GGs Natureceuticals.
6. Payment
In our shop, the following payment options are available for selection:

• Invoice with Klarna, Instant payment with Klarna (Immediate Transfer)

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
6.1. Payment by Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex)
When paying by credit card, you provide us with your credit card details upon placing your order. Following the completion of the credit card payment, the goods are immediately released for shipment. The charge to your credit card account occurs upon the completion of the order and your verification as the legitimate cardholder.
6.2. Payment via PayPal
When paying by PayPal, you will be redirected directly from the ordering process to PayPal's website. Payment via PayPal is only possible if you are registered with PayPal or complete registration beforehand. You will then be directed to the payment page and confirm the payment instruction to us. Your bank or credit card details are always securely stored with PayPal and are not transmitted to us during payment. PayPal is requested by us to initiate the payment transaction upon placing the order and carries it out automatically.
6.3 Payment on “Invoice with Klarna”
When paying on “Invoice with Klarna,” Klarna (www.klarna.com, Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm) checks your creditworthiness to determine whether you can be offered payment by invoice. If payment by invoice is possible for you, you will receive an invoice from Klarna with the respective payment instructions. When purchasing on invoice with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and have a payment period of 14 days. We assign our payment claim to Klarna. Therefore, a debt-discharging effect is only possible with Klarna. 6.4 “Instant Pay with Klarna”
After placing your order with “Instant Pay with Klarna,” you will be redirected to the webpage of the online provider Sofort GmbH. You must select your bank, log in with your online banking data, and authorize the transaction with a TAN. The charge occurs immediately after placing your order. We assign our payment claim to Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). Therefore, a debt-discharging effect is only possible with Klarna.
6.5.Payment via EPS Transfer
With EPS transfer, a central list of participating banks (Austria & Germany) opens after selecting the payment method, where you can choose your bank. Then, you enter your login details in the login window of your online banking and carry out the transfer immediately using a TAN. No registration is required for payment with EPS transfer.
6.6 Payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay
When paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay, you initiate the payment transaction using your smartphone or wearable device. To pay with Apple Pay, you must be registered with Apple and have the "Apple Pay" function activated. After selecting the payment method, you enter your access data for your Apple account to authenticate yourself. You then confirm the payment instruction for the payment with a payment method you have stored (credit card or debit card) to us. The payment is executed immediately after placing the order. To pay with Google Pay, you must be registered with Google Pay. After selecting the Google Pay payment method, you enter your access data and confirm the payment with a payment method you have stored (credit card or debit card). The transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order.
6.7 Payment by Advance Payment/Bank Transfer
When paying by advance payment/bank transfer, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with all necessary information for the transfer after completing the order. You transfer the total amount of your order, stating the order reference. As soon as the amount is credited to our account, we will dispatch your order. The order will automatically be canceled if no payment is received within 10 days.
7. Reservation of Ownership
The goods remain the property of GGs Natureceuticals Black Flamingo e.U., Bachstraße 75, A-5023 Salzburg, until full payment is made.
8. Rejection of Orders
GGs Natureceuticals reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an order without stating reasons. If an order is not executed, the customer will be informed.
9. Data Protection
All personal customer data will be treated with absolute confidentiality by GGs Natureceuticals and will not be passed on to third parties. The data necessary for business transactions will be stored. Your data will only be processed for order processing and for maintaining ongoing customer relationships, including electronically. Objections can be made at any time. Please notify us accordingly.
10. Disclaimer
All contents of the GGs Natureceuticals webshop have been carefully checked. However, no guarantee can be made for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information. Any liability of GGs Natureceuticals for the content of external websites to which links are provided is excluded. Copyrights exist for all texts, graphics, and images. 11. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
