Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us // GG's Natureceuticals, Dist. by Black Flamingo e.U., Bachstraße 75, 5023 Salzburg, by email: office@ggs-nc.com, or fax: +43 (0)662 - 641 641-20 // with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to cancel this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us or to

without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The costs of return in case of a cancellation are your responsibility.
